How we handle your information
Your brief stays private. We use your contact and project information to answer your enquiry, prepare the agreed scope and deliver the work. It is not added to the public template collection.
No advertising trackers by default. BriefMade uses limited cookieless analytics to understand site performance. Advertising trackers and social-media embeds are enabled only when requested and the required consent controls and notices are in place.
No card details in your brief. Never include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information. Stripe collects payment information on its secure checkout; BriefMade does not receive your full card number.
Clear retention and rights. Unsuccessful enquiries are normally removed or anonymised within 12 months. Project and accounting records may be retained for up to six years where needed. You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection.

What exactly does £595 include?
One responsive page of up to six sections, a design direction shaped to your business, copy shaping from your supplied information, essential on-page SEO, privacy-friendly analytics, one contact action, two consolidated revision rounds, launch setup, first-year hosting and SSL, an available standard domain and one branded mailbox. Suitable services you already have can be used instead. Care is separate.
How fast will my website actually be ready?
Once your brief and content are agreed and you give the go-ahead, the standard website is built and ready within 48 hours. Domain activation and DNS changes can depend on third-party processing times.
What is a standard domain?
An available, routinely priced domain extension agreed with you. Your preferred name cannot be guaranteed until registered. If it is unavailable, we suggest alternatives. Premium, aftermarket or unusually priced domains are quoted separately and never bought without written approval.
Can I keep my existing domain, email or hosting?
Yes. Keep any suitable services you already have or select the included standard setup. We do not transfer a domain or change working email without agreement. Using existing services does not reduce the £595 package price.
When does Care start?
Immediately. Annual Care costs £390 for the first 12 months. Monthly Care starts at £39 and costs £468 across 12 months. Care is optional and separate from the £595 website package.
What happens after the included first year?
We explain the current hosting, domain and mailbox renewal or transfer options before they become due. If Care is active and renewed, ongoing hosting remains part of the managed service. Domain and mailbox renewals are confirmed separately.
What does Care include?
Managed hosting support, SSL, backups, uptime checks, a quarterly website health summary, help from a BriefMade human and up to 30 minutes of small changes each billing month. New pages, redesigns, copywriting and integrations are quoted separately.
Can I get support without subscribing?
Yes. Ad-hoc support is £120 with a one-hour minimum, then £30 per agreed 15 minutes. Care is usually better value for regular help because it combines a monthly update allowance with monitoring, backups, support and continued hosting when renewed.
What if I need a custom build?
Multi-page sites, online shops, booking systems, full copywriting, premium domains, advanced analytics and other integrations are scoped and priced individually. Speak to a BriefMade human; nothing is agreed or charged until the written scope and price are accepted.
Can I add analytics, social feeds or advertising measurement?
Privacy-friendly cookieless analytics and social profile links are included where suitable. Embedded feeds and advertising measurement are quoted because they may require added configuration, consent controls and notice updates.
Who owns the finished website and domain?
After full payment, you receive the commissioned website source files and the agreed rights to use and modify them. Supplied materials remain yours. New domains are registered with you as registrant, with account access arranged at handover.
Can I talk to a person before deciding?
Yes. A BriefMade human will help you understand the package, existing services and any missing pieces without pressure to buy.
